The Healing Embodied method is an accredited methodology that bridges clinical expertise with personal transformation.
We have a bespoke approach that blends embodiment, trauma work, Inner Child healing, Parts work, Shadow work and creative expression.
This is not your typical therapy.

I've never felt that I was actually getting much value out of traditional therapy. I thought this was because I wasn't articulate or was too introverted to be able to open up enough. Frequently Asked Questions
I've tried therapy, coaching, and healing modalities before. How is this different?
This isn't traditional therapy or mindset coaching. The Healing Embodied method is an accredited methodology that bridges clinical expertise with personal transformation through embodiment, trauma work, Inner Child healing, Parts work, Shadow work, and creative expression. It’s not about fixing what’s “wrong” with you, which is often what is underneath most approaches. This silently breeds shame, which is what keeps you feeling stuck or on an endless hamster wheel of trying to heal yourself MORE. This is about the relationship you have to your body, your emotions, and your humanity. When you create a relationship with these aspects of yourself that are rooted in acceptance, curiosity, compassion, presence, and love, profound healing is simply the byproduct of that.
I'm worried about being vulnerable in a group setting. What if I'm judged?
Everyone in this space is doing the same work, and committed to creating a container of understanding rather than judgment. You bring the Part of you who is afraid of being judged into the light. You allow that Part of you to be witnessed with love by the group members in real time. I can guarantee you that everyone in the group has this same Part of them. So if we can all courageously acknowledge that we’re afraid of being judged, that fear dissolves, and we can actually start to show up in the fullness of who we are.
I don't have a lot of time. How much daily commitment is required?
It’s not so much about how much time you put in, but the level of presence you bring to the time you do have. This program does not have a heavy time requirement - it’s 2 live groups per month, plus additional trainings that you can watch in your own time, at your own pace. If you can commit to being present with whatever you’re doing while you’re doing it, that’s when the real transformation happens. Even 5 minutes a day of being present with what you’re practicing can have a massive impact.
I'm not creative or artistic. Will I feel out of place?
You don't need to be "creative" in the traditional sense. We're talking about the creativity that's inherent in being human, the ability to express and transform your emotions. Whether that's through movement, art, music, or simply how you show up in the world, you'll discover your own authentic expression. This isn't about making "good" art; it's about using creativity as a tool for transformation.
What if I can't attend the live sessions? Will I miss out?
All sessions are recorded and available for replay for 30 days after each session. The live experience is powerful for real-time practice and community connection, but the replays allow you to still witness what your peers are experiencing, and process the work in your own time.
How do I know this will work for me specifically?

The 6-month commitment exists because real change happens when you stay, especially when it gets uncomfortable. Life will inevitably happen during these 6 months (that’s human), and that's exactly when this work becomes most valuable. You'll have a supportive community and practical tools to navigate whatever comes up, rather than resorting to old patterns when things get challenging.
What if I invest this money and this program doesn't work?
I know this question is often accompanied by anxiety and fear. You've likely invested in programs before that promised transformation but left you feeling like you wasted your money. Here's what's different about this investment:
