Be so friggin ALIVE in your life that your friends start asking “What are you on?!”
You used to be the life of the party. Someone who loved to dance, laugh, and connect.
You felt so ALIVE.
You created the very life you’ve always wanted.
You have the family you used to daydream about, the career you worked your ass off to get, a beautiful home in a city you adore.
But something happened along the way.
The responsibilities grew, the to-do list got longer, needs took the place of wants.
You traded Saturday morning cuddles for chaotic carpools to your kids' soccer practice and dance class.
Date nights with your husband turned into meal prepping and reviewing the calendar for the week ahead.
You started turning down girls' nights because you’re just too exhausted from trying to keep everything together.
While building the life you have, a part of you got left behind.
Your spark dimmed a little.
Your play got quieter.
Your aliveness started feeling like a distant memory.
Life got so serious, and now you find yourself wondering: When did I stop feeling like me?

To laugh until your stomach hurts.
To bake something just for the hell of it.
To move through a day with a sense of ease and wonder instead of a to-do list.
That part of you hasn't gone anywhere.
It's just been waiting.

While building your life, you started to see play as something you get to reward yourself with when all your responsibilities are taken care of.
You tell yourself:
“I’ll get back to myself when the kids are older…”
“...when the house is clean.”
“...when the Christmas shopping is done.”
“...when we get those house projects done.”
So you keep putting off play and joy.
And before you know it, responsibilities are all you see when you look at your life.
We’re here to change that.
Due to the unique nature of this work, all payments are non-refundable.
We’re here to remind you that play is a way of life, not something you earn.
When play is the baseline, the lens through which you relate to the world around you, then life becomes fun again.
You don’t start ignoring your responsibilities, you see the joy in each moment.
Cleaning the house with your husband becomes a cherished activity as you turn on your favorite music and pinch his butt while vacuuming.
You and your kids start to look forward to the drive to school and your “carpool karaoke” sessions.
Poopy diaper blowouts become something you and your partner crack up about, instead of something that leaves you sobbing on the floor.
When you are so deeply connected to feral joy, life becomes your own personal playground.

You want to feel light again, not weighed down by everything life is asking of you.
You want to approach your days with curiosity and a little mischief, the way you did before life got so serious.
You want to feel creative, without the inner critic showing up to judge every move.
You want to feel fun again, to be the person in the room who doesn't always take everything quite so seriously.
Imagine you could:
Bring back your playfulness and creativity so that you can feel like yourself again. Not just a parent, but a whole, vibrant person.
Reclaim your sense of passion so that you can feel as energized and inspired in your life as you are driven in your work.
Rediscover the joy that used to come naturally so that success finally feels like something worth celebrating.
Reconnect with your spark so that the love you give your family comes from a place of fullness, not depletion.
Find balance between doing and being so that you can show up fully in your work, your relationships, and yourself, without burning out.
Find joy in the everyday so that your children grow up watching you truly live, not just provide.
This is what coming home to yourself feels like. And this is exactly what FERAL JOY will help you create.

This 4-week group program is for you if:

"I have never worked with a therapist who focused almost entirely on my body; in fact, my therapists have only ever focused on my mind. It was SO refreshing working with the Healing Embodied team...They didn't inquire into the stories my mind was telling; instead, they continued to re-focus on my body and how I was/wasn't processing the emotions behind those stories."
The 4-Week Journey
Friday July 10th @ 4:00pm PT/7:00pm ET
Before we can reclaim anything, we first have to acknowledge what was left behind, without guilt, without judgment. This week is about arriving.
Week 2 | Rediscover Your Play
Friday July 17th @ 10:00am PT/1:00pm ET
Play is not a reward you earn after being responsible enough. It is a portal back to your aliveness. This week we give ourselves radical permission to be playful, curious, messy, silly, and free.
Friday July 24th @ 4:00pm PT/7:00pm ET
This week we explore different creative channels, try things without judgment, and reconnect to the version of yourself that could create and play openly.
Week 4 | Return to Aliveness
Friday July 31st @ 10:00am PT/1:00pm ET
This week is about taking everything you've learned with you into your day-to-day life. We will explore how the playful version of you can be the Self you lead with in everything you do.
All group sessions will take place on Zoom.
Live attendance is strongly encouraged, however the recordings of the sessions will be made available to all who register.
What you get:
Weekly live calls facilitated by Lead Certified Healing Embodied Practitioner, Mariana
These live calls are where we will explore and experience, in real time, what it feels like to reconnect to your sense of play. Mariana will facilitate powerful group discussions and embodiment practices that will help you somatically create a new relationship with life and play.
Weekly challenge prompts
Each week, we will share challenges and prompts to support you in deeper integration in between life sessions. These challenges will be action-oriented and body-based. They will not be generic, “go do one thing that makes you smile” type prompts. They will be real, tangible practices you can start to incorporate into your life right away.
Private Telegram chat
This private Telegram chat is for group members to share wins, ask questions, and connect more deeply with one another outside of sessions. This is where you will be invited to share your responses to the weekly challenge prompts as well.
$222
What you will rediscover through these four weeks together will create shifts that will last a lifetime.
You aren’t just having fun for a few weeks.
You are showing your body that she deserves to feel joy and pleasure.
You are modeling for your kids that having fun is a birthright, not something they have to earn.
You are re-parenting the younger versions of yourself that learned they don’t deserve to feel happy unless they are perfect.
And that, my dear, is muthafuggin priceless.
Due to the unique nature of this work, all payments are non-refundable.
"I was so used to dumping all of my problems (talking) for an hour and then leaving. I felt like we could go deeper without even trying. There was space for everything!! The resistance was addressed in such a loving and kind way. There is something really powerful about just being witnessed. They created that loving container where we were all free to explore."

Hi, I'm Mariana Dominguez! I am the Lead Certified Healing Embodied Practitioner, as well as the Client Relations Manager.
I created FERAL JOY because I lived through each of these disconnections myself: the loss of play, the heaviness of healing, the hollowness that can hide inside a successful life.
I know what it feels like to look in the mirror and not quite recognize the person looking back. And I know what it feels like to find your way home.
I specialize in somatic and embodied approaches to healing, creativity, and self-reconnection. In my work at Healing Embodied, I lead with the radical belief that play is one of the most profound healing tools we have access to.
In this program, I will hold space for all of you, the tired parts, the playful parts, the parts that have forgotten how to rest, and the parts that are ready to shine again.
"The Healing Embodied team lead by example. They share their own stories and get vulnerable. There's no sense that you're being pathologized. They understand exactly what you're going through because they've lived it. They find ways to make difficult experiences and emotions approachable and even fun."
FAQs
How is this different from other group programs I've done?
Most programs and trainings give you information. This program gives you a lived experience. Over four weeks, in a small, intimate group, you will actually feel the shift happen — in your body, in your energy, in how you move through your days. The community, the consistency, and the embodied practices create transformation that lasts long after the program ends.
I'm exhausted, I don't know if I have enough energy for this...
This program is designed with your exhaustion in mind. We are not asking you to add more heavy lifting to your life. We are inviting you to put some of it down. Play, lightness, and creativity are actually restorative — they give you energy rather than take it. Many of the clients I've worked with find that through this work, they feel more alive and energized than they have in years.
I'm not so sure I'm a creative or playful person. Is this program for me?
Perfect — this program is made for you. Creativity and play is not about talent; it is a way of connecting with yourself. We explore many forms of creative expression. No experience or skill is required. Just willingness.
