We know that more than anything, you long to feel inspired, motivated, and lit up by your work, instead of pouring from an empty cup.
People in helping professions have been fed a false narrative that burnout is a normal part of the work, and that it should simply be accepted and “managed.”
We’re here to change this.
Burnout is common, but it’s not normal.
You don’t need to sacrifice your own well-being in order to help others in profound ways.
In fact, the more you sacrifice, the less effective you will be as a practitioner.
We want to teach you the key to feeling fulfilled in your work so that your clients change faster and more powerfully than you ever thought possible, AND you get to thrive instead of struggling to function.
Learn how to claim this for yourself in our brand-new free training:
How to Not Burn Out as a Therapist.
This training is led by two Board Certified Dance/Movement Therapists and the co-founders of the Healing Embodied Practitioner Training Program.
What you'll learn:
We know how it goes: You’re supposed to be helping and supporting others as they grow and improve, but inside, you’re dancing on the edge of total exhaustion and burnout.
When you get to the end of each day, you know a good night’s rest won’t be enough to beat the dread of doing it all again tomorrow.
When you see a new intake request, your stomach drops. Instead of feeling excited and aligned, you start to question whether this path is even sustainable for you.
You might be feeling the effects of compassion fatigue creep in, which brings you a sense of relief when a client doesn’t show up. As hard as it is to admit, cancelations bring you more joy than the work does these days.
You’ve spent years of your life and thousands of dollars working toward this career, and now you’re left wondering if all your efforts were even worth it.
We get it.
We’ve been there.
We see you.
Feeling burnt out as a therapist or coach is so common — and it’s not your fault. The culture we live in teaches us we should grind and push and pour absolutely everything into our work, even when we have nothing to give, and especially if we work in a helping role.
But it doesn’t have to be this way — you can change your relationship to your work and fall back in love with your career.
Begin this process with our brand-new free training,
How to Not Burn Out as a Therapist.
Burnout doesn’t shift by taking another bubble bath or scheduling one “mental health day” per month.
Burnout stops when you shift your paradigm of service from sacrifice to embodiment, everything changes — fast. You’ll notice changes in your quality of life, the power of your service, and your client results.

About the creators of this training:
Chelsea and Sarah both graduated with their Master of Arts degree in Dance/Movement Therapy and Counseling from Columbia College Chicago in 2017.
They did what they were trained to do - work full-time in the mental health system. They each spent years doing clinical work in systems that made burnout their inevitable fate.
Their zest and passion for their work was quickly waning, leading to self-doubt and fatigue.
They realized that this wasn’t a personal issue - this was a systemic issue, starting with the way therapy has been taught for decades.
Through their work at Healing Embodied over the last 6 years, they decided to do things radically differently. They wanted to work in a way that positively impacted their own well-being as much as it did their clients’.
Their work had such a profound impact on hundreds of people’s lives, that they created their own accredited training program in 2023, The Healing Embodied Practitioner Training Program.
Through this certification program, they teach others how to facilitate life-changing embodied transformation.
