From Surviving to Secure

Upcoming FREE webinars:

This is for you if:

  • You feel drained by the clinical system, even though you still deeply love helping people
  • You’re tired of insurance, diagnosis, documentation, productivity expectations, and treatment plans shaping the work
  • You feel capped: capped income, capped creativity, capped expression, capped impact
  • You know you want to go deeper than symptom management and coping skills
  • You feel personally drawn to embodiment, somatics, movement, creativity, and expression because they changed your life
  • You want to bring more of your actual self into your work instead of leaving your intuition, body, and creativity at the door
  • You want a career that lets you help people deeply without abandoning yourself in the process
  • You’ve dreamed of having more spaciousness, more freedom, more life: going to lunch on a random Tuesday, mornings without an alarm, work that doesn’t leave you completely tapped by 6 p.m.

This is probably not for you if you genuinely love working inside the system as it is. It is a valid career path.

But if some part of you knows, “I can’t keep doing it this way, and I’m ready to create greater impact” this event was made for you.

What We’ll Cover

Why You Feel Drained by the System and Why It’s Not You
You’ll understand why the system has felt so unsustainable and why seeing that clearly is the first step toward creating something different.

What It Actually Takes to Facilitate Real Embodiment Work
We’ll talk about what real skill mastery requires, why theory alone is not enough, and why your own embodiment is part of the work.
You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what makes embodiment coaching powerful, ethical, transformational, and deeply different from generic coaching.

Building a Thriving Practice Beyond the Old Model
This is the part almost nobody teaches you in grad school.
We'll look at what it can mean to build a thriving embodiment coaching practice around your own definition of success, freedom, fulfillment, and impact.
You’ll leave with a clearer picture of what your own next step could look like and what becomes possible when you stop waiting for permission to create the work you’re actually here to do.

Why Listen to Me

I got my master’s in dance/movement therapy and counseling in 2017.

It was basically a dual degree. I was doing clinical mental health counseling and board certified dance/movement therapy.

I spent two years inside the system doing work with people navigating crisis, depression, PTSD, OCD, anxiety, suicidality, and deep emotional pain.

And less than two years in, I knew: I cannot do this forever.

I wanted to do deeper work.

More creative work.
More embodied work.

Work that allowed me to bring my full self into the room and help my clients access more of themselves too.

And I didn’t want my income to be capped by my time and the standard therapy business model.

So I got honest with myself, and I built something else.

I’ve been a somatic professional for over 10 years and a full-time embodiment coaching with my company, Healing Embodied, for seven.

In my first full year in business, we did six figures while I was working 20 hours a week, doing work that creatively inspired me and created real transformation for real clients.

Since then, we’ve worked with thousands of clients around the world and built an internationally accredited certification program training the next generation of embodiment practitioners.

I’m not teaching you some theory I read about.

I’m teaching you the path I carved myself and the methodology I’ve since refined with other practitioners after me.

What This Event Is Not

This is not a “just become a coach overnight” pitch.

This is not about bypassing mastery and going straight to marketing.

This is not about abandoning your responsibility, your skill, or your ethics.

This event is about helping you see what may be possible when you bring your clinical background, somatic gifts, creativity, and lived wisdom into a body of work that is more aligned, more sustainable, and more fully yours.

Real work requires real skill.

And that’s exactly why we’re having this conversation.

FAQ

Do I need to already be a licensed therapist to join?
No. This event is for therapists, counselors, somatic practitioners, yoga teachers, doctors, healing professionals, and people who feel called to bring real embodiment work into how you serve people.

Is this the same as becoming a life coach?

No. Embodiment coaching centers the body and creative expression, not just mindset. It's a specific methodology, not generic coaching.

Can I do this while I stay licensed and keep working in the system?

Yes. Some practitioners transition out fully, like I did. Others build a coaching offer alongside their licensed practice. Both are legally and ethically possible, and we'll touch on what that looks like.

What will I actually walk away with after this event?

Clarity on why the system has felt unsustainable, what real facilitation mastery requires, and a concrete picture of what building your own practice could look like.

This is the blueprint written on your soul.

You didn't go into this field to feel caged. You went into it to make a difference, to help people heal, to feel alive in your work.

That desire is not a pipe dream. It's a creative impulse asking you to follow it.
