ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR
Sarah is the Director of Service Delivery at Healing Embodied.
She has her Master’s and Board Certification in Dance/Movement Therapy and Counseling, her license in clinical professional counseling, and has facilitated countless sessions with those experiencing overwhelming anxiety and a range of other challenges. She also has extensive training and experience in DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) and is incredibly skilled at helping our clients navigate their emotional experiences.
Sarah has also overcome anxiety and overthinking in her own life and guides our clients from a place of embodied experience and knowledge.
Sarah makes our clients feel safe, supported, and EMPOWERED in their journey of healing!

This program is open to all genders!
This course will teach you the foundations of getting out of the constant overthinking and mental chatter, and into the body. This is incredibly helpful for those with anxiety, or any other issue that may result from excessive thinking.
At Healing Embodied, we believe that excessive thinking isn’t resolved with more thinking and talking. That just ADDS to the narratives and mental noise. We believe that in order to stop giving so much power away to your mind, you must tap into another way of processing and experiencing life - we do this by guiding you into your body. Your body is the resource you can take with you everywhere. You don’t need to stop and journal. You don’t need to do all these mental gymnastics. You simply need to learn how to anchor into the body at any given moment. It’s really that simple, yet so profound.
